About the Role
As a Partner Development Manager, you will actively shape keleya's most important revenue stream – partnerships with health insurance companies. You will drive the next growth phase of keleya and contribute significantly to the strategic development of our mission. Join the keleya family and help us scale our platform globally.
Responsibilities
- Independent management and strategic development of our health insurance partnerships through direct exchange with decision-makers.
- Internal placement and coordination of partner needs and interests to continuously improve our product and collaborations.
- Continuous analysis of performance data, creation of reports, and independent derivation of growth initiatives.
- Targeted increase of revenue with existing partners and optimal positioning and integration of keleya into their ecosystems for policyholder care.
- Close collaboration with Product Growth and Marketing for the successful conception, management, and implementation of growth initiatives with partners, aiming for end-customer utilization (B2B2C).
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Health Economics) or comparable vocational training.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g., fast-paced startup, consulting, or scale-up). Experience in B2B partner management, health economics, or collaboration with health insurance companies is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for a FemTech product and a genuine passion for actively advancing our mission for the health of women and families.
- Strong communication and empathy skills: You combine relationship building with the necessary tact and conduct discussions with health insurance companies in a consistently winning, confident, and equal manner.
- Strong project management skillset: You maintain an overview even in complex projects with over 80 partners and drive initiatives forward in a structured way.
- An absolutely reliable and conscientious work ethic, paired with high initiative and the drive to implement topics independently.
- Enthusiasm for digital health products and a feel for data: You quickly understand metrics and independently derive initiatives for sustainable growth.
- Native-level German (C2) for precise communication with our partners and very good English skills (minimum C1).
