About the Role
We are seeking a Reservation Agent (m/f/d) to join our team at BHG Hospitality, managing renowned culinary concepts in Berlin including Restaurant Verōnika, Bar Verōnika & Bar Clara at Tacheles, and Restaurant Luna D'Oro at Clärchens Ballhaus.
Responsibilities
- Accepting and processing reservations for our restaurants and bars
- Managing and organizing group bookings
- Handling and processing telephone calls
- Creating and preparing Function Sheets for our kitchen team
- Ensuring warm and attentive guest service
Requirements
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience in reservations or guest relations is advantageous
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Team player with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
