Responsibilities

  • Create design graphics for social media and landing pages.
  • Support event logistics, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc event tasks to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Gain exposure to marketing strategies by working with a dynamic team to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing) or willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or willingness to learn.
  • Strong Japanese Language skills N2 and up.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Interest in event planning and marketing; experience in school clubs, student organizations, or volunteer events is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Enjoys collaboration.
  • Driven to build real-world marketing skills.
