About the Role
As a Kfz Schnellservice Monteur (m/w/d), you will perform essential tasks related to car service and vehicle maintenance in the workshop.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire changes on vehicles of all brands
- Conduct oil changes, bulb replacements, and battery replacements
- Support in express service and simple maintenance tasks
- Gradually build technical knowledge and practical skills
- Work a 5-day week (Mon–Sat) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system
Requirements
- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work
- Entry without formal training is possible
- Practical experience as a tire fitter, workshop employee, workshop assistant, or car service mechanic is beneficial
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills in the workshop environment
- Physical resilience (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day)
- Class B driver's license is desirable but not mandatory
- First German language skills and a valid work and residence permit are welcome
