About the Role
We are looking for a PTA (m/f/d) for digital patient care in mail order, at the Oranienburger Tor location, full-time or part-time, from 30 hours.
Responsibilities
- Digital processing and coordination of orders from various ordering channels (shop, delivery app)
- Opportunity to help shape our online shop and backend maintenance
- Integration of our new pickup machine for customers
- Support of the MediosApotheke chat
- Consultation via telepharmacy/phone
- Research and processing of individual and specialized customer inquiries
- Support in the operational introduction of new digital customer communication solutions (e-prescription, marketplaces)
Requirements
- Completed PTA training
- You enjoy using digital systems and tools and are open to new things
- The e-prescription, telepharmacy, and eHealth are not foreign words to you
- Customer-oriented, independent, and reliable work
- You are a good team player
- ADG knowledge is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Good English skills
