About the Role
Individual support and development of teenagers during their learning times at TUMO. Support participants in developing their learning goals, motivate and inspire participants, and document their progress. Participate in team meetings and exchange with other coaches and the TUMO team. Assist with events and additional programs at TUMO Berlin.

Requirements
- Enrolled at a university
- Interest in working with visual digital media / music production / programming
- Enjoy working with young people and the ability to motivate and inspire them
- Technical affinity
- Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy skills
- Organizational talent and reliability
- Fluent German language skills
- English language skills are an advantage
