About the Role

We handle payroll for SMEs in Germany, combining intelligent software, automated processes, and personal payroll expertise to create an efficient, transparent, and future-oriented alternative to traditional options. With a focus on digitalization and process automation, we help clients minimize errors and gain more time for value-adding core activities, shaping the payroll of tomorrow: digital, scalable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the independent, timely creation of monthly payroll.
Act as a competent contact person for clients, social security institutions, and authorities in all wage tax and social security matters.
Create certificates and manage reporting.
Serve as the contact person for audits (social security, wage tax, etc.).
Collaborate with the founding team to further develop the software through relevant practical insights.
Support HR activities by co-designing future job profiles within the Payroll Team.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of social security, wage tax, and labor law.
Independent and conscientious work style.
Very good German language skills.
Ideally, prior experience with Agenda payroll software.
