About the Role

As part of our SAP Process & Technology Consulting, you will lead challenging SAP Business Transformations for national and international clients, taking responsibility for complex programs and projects, designing future-proof business processes, and combining strategic consulting with successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead international SAP Business Transformation programs and projects from strategy through design to successful implementation.
• Manage complex SAP S/4HANA transformations across multiple countries, business units, and project teams.
• Advise clients on optimizing, standardizing, and digitizing end-to-end processes in areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order to Cash, and Source to Pay.
• Collaboratively develop viable target states, roadmaps, and implementation models for SAP Line-of-Business solutions.
• Assume leadership responsibility, develop project teams, and utilize transformation methodologies like SAP Activate, PMI, or PRINCE2.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree and over ten years of experience in leading complex SAP programs or projects in an international environment.
• In-depth experience in SAP Business Transformations, SAP S/4HANA, and end-to-end processes along central value chains.
• Knowledge of common project and transformation methodologies such as SAP Activate, PMI, or PRINCE2.
• Fluent communication in German and English (C1 level).
