About the Role
As part of our SAP Enterprise Asset Management team, you will support national and international clients in the digital transformation of their maintenance organization. Together, you will develop and implement future-oriented solutions for optimizing, automating, and sustainably controlling asset management processes based on modern SAP technologies.
Responsibilities
- Consulting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management, from analyzing existing processes to successfully implementing new solutions.
- Conceptualizing, optimizing, and harmonizing maintenance processes for technical objects, maintenance strategies, maintenance orders, and spare parts management.
- Developing and implementing solution approaches for SAP S/4HANA in cloud and hybrid system landscapes.
- Conducting workshops, training sessions, and testing activities to empower clients in using new processes and technologies.
- Monitoring technological trends and integrating innovative approaches such as Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, and Automation into consulting services.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable degree program, along with an interest in digital business, maintenance, and asset management processes.
- Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or projects in the SAP, asset management, or industrial environment, as well as an interest in topics such as Predictive Maintenance, Asset Performance Management, and Cloud Transformation.
- Analytical mindset, high willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies like SAP S/4HANA and Artificial Intelligence.
- Very good German and English skills (C1).
- Willingness to travel for projects.
