About the Role

As part of a team passionate about building, you will manage construction sites in civil engineering, sewer construction, earthworks, and infrastructure development. You will be responsible for planning personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring overall site execution in collaboration with site management while adhering to technical and time specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction sites in civil engineering, sewer construction, earthworks, and infrastructure development.
• Plan personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Oversee overall site execution in collaboration with site management, adhering to technical and time specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with site billing and support cost control.
• Regularly and independently maintain daily construction reports.
• Schedule and manage assigned trade employees and monitor work performance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in construction technology, further training as a site manager or certified site manager, or completed apprenticeship as a master craftsman (construction field).
• Initial or several years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility.
• Leadership skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• Driver's license class B is mandatory.
