About the Role
Bosch Energy and Building Solutions is seeking a motivated individual to realize complex customer-specific systems in the Berlin area, focusing on access control, video systems, and sensor-based solutions to enhance building safety.
Responsibilities
- Integration, assembly, and commissioning of complex customer-specific systems.
- Leading commissioning, including customer acceptance, while adhering to safety regulations.
- Serving as the point of contact for customer teams, service providers, and internal project stakeholders during order fulfillment.
- Conducting official acceptances after quality checks.
- Providing customer training and instruction.
- Configuring and parameterizing systems from the Bosch product range (e.g., video systems, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, emergency exit technology, management systems).
- Identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing technical support to customer teams.
- Contributing to documentation.
- Providing technical direction to personnel (own staff and external service providers) for the commissioning phase.
Requirements
- Completed specialized training as a System Informatician or Electronics Technician for Information and System Technology.
- Many years of specialized professional experience.
- Specialized further training or a completed specialized technical school education (e.g., Master/Technician) of at least two years.
- Several years of professional experience in handling small and medium-sized orders in security technology.
- Valid driver's license class B.
- Assertive, resilient, confident, and reliable personality.
- Customer-oriented, independent, responsible, and cost-conscious work style.
