About the Role
In our Consulting team for Life Science and Pharma, you will support clients in effectively advancing Commercial and Medical Excellence by combining business consulting with data, technology, and a clear focus on implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work in consulting projects for pharma and life science clients, taking on clearly defined work packages or sub-projects depending on experience level.
- Analyze Commercial Operating Models, sales and steering logic, roles, and processes, deriving actionable recommendations.
- Structure data, analyses, presentations, concepts, and results documents to create understandable decision-making bases.
- Develop approaches for Customer Engagement Optimization, considering AI-driven engagement optimization, specific use cases, and roadmaps.
- Evaluate Commercial IT landscapes, particularly CRM and Marketing Automation, and support workshops, interviews, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a relevant field such as natural sciences, economics, business informatics, or a comparable area, with an interest in the pharma and life science industry.
- Initial experience in consulting, project work, internships, or working student roles.
- For Senior Consultant entry: 1-3 years of professional experience and project experience in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Operating Models, Customer Engagement, or Commercial IT.
- Analytical and structured working style.
- Confident communication in German and English.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Openness to using GenAI tools and AI-supported analyses in daily consulting work.
