About the Role
In the Wohnpark am Rohrpfuhl, we provide care and support based on the household community principle. As an "everyday manager" for 10 residents in a household community, we are seeking active support in daily life support.
Responsibilities
- Support in daily life, personal care, household tasks, activation, and motivation
- Accompanying and mobilizing residents, organizational tasks, and being a contact person for concerns and needs

- Qualification with a basic nursing course, preferably with care assistance
- Gerontopsychiatric additional qualification
- Organizational skills for varied daily activities for our residents in a household community
- Empathy and enjoyment of cooking
