Responsibilities

Conduct research and development to create new technologies, products, and services using a wide range of experimental methods.
Contribute scientifically to the execution of research and development themes.
Explore seeds for new technologies, products, and services and provide scientific recommendations for ideas.
Contribute scientifically to research and development for new technologies, products, and services.
Plan and conduct experiments, and scientifically interpret experimental results.
Comply with quality systems.
Maintain laboratory work environment and safety.
Conduct clinical trials for the company's in-vitro diagnostic drugs with the aim of obtaining Japanese regulatory approval.
Conduct clinical development using prototype reagents.
Communicate with physicians and clinical laboratory technicians to advance clinical trials.
Plan, acquire data, analyze data, and create reports (in Japanese and/or English) for inclusion in Japanese package inserts.
Create quality assurance systems for clinical trials and clinical development.
Respond to compliance and audit requirements.
Understand and comply with existing clinical development quality assurance systems and laws.
Establish, manage, and revise new clinical development procedures for new product development.
Respond to post-launch product compliance and audits for clinical trials and clinical development.

Requirements

Completed a Master's degree or higher in life sciences or chemistry, or equivalent.
Experience in research in life sciences or chemistry during university.
5 or more years of experience in the development, sales, marketing, academic, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or in-vitro diagnostic drugs.
Ability to proactively communicate with individuals at medical institutions, universities, and other departments (including overseas).
No hesitation in speaking English, and ability to create documents and exchange emails in English (target: TOEIC 700 or higher).
