About the Role

This senior leadership position at Adobe for the Adobe for Business division offers the opportunity to lead the web experience for the Enterprise portfolio. You will own the end-to-end enterprise web customer experience for the Global site, ensuring customers and prospects can discover, evaluate, and engage with Adobe’s enterprise solutions. The role involves leading cross-functional alignment to make business.adobe.com a showcase of the agentic website of the future, transforming how AI and automation impact a modern web team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the comprehensive B2B web strategy and customer journey to grow engaged visits, improve form completion rate, and deepen customer understanding.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of web product leaders responsible for enterprise web strategy, prioritization, and performance.
  • Prioritize the enterprise web experience roadmap and deliver requirements to the B2B Web Capabilities organization.
  • Establish a continuous experimentation and optimization program to accelerate measurable business impact.
  • Develop and deliver executive-facing strategic recommendations in partnership with the web analytics team.
  • Lead enterprise web discoverability by partnering with SEO leaders to support improvements in citations, and increase traffic and brand visibility metrics.
  • Innovate the team operating model by deploying AI agents and automation.
  • Accountable for growing site engagement, brand visibility, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading and managing teams, including senior contributors in web marketing or digital product leadership.
  • Experience working and collaborating across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong proficiency with the modern web tech stack, including enterprise CMS platforms, web analytics, and work management tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, site performance, accessibility, and their impact on engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions and fields.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid agile environments.
  • Prior experience with multi-product enterprise software portfolios.
  • Experience deploying AI tools in marketing.
  • Background in content strategy, information architecture, or UX or equivalent experience.
