About the Role
Join NBDC for a six-month internship in Marketing & Content Creation, where you'll actively shape marketing strategies alongside the founders. Gain hands-on experience, take ownership of projects, and develop both professionally and personally in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create marketing materials for various channels.
- Generate and execute content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Produce photo and video content, including on-camera appearances when suitable.
- Create Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content with basic editing.
- Monitor social media trends and develop new formats and ideas.
- Conceptualize and create marketing emails and support email communication development.
- Develop ideas and creatives for Instagram and Facebook paid ads, supporting implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate on guerrilla marketing actions, partnerships, and innovative awareness strategies.
- Support campaigns, product launches, and other marketing projects.
- Analyze content, creatives, and campaign performance to derive new ideas.
- Take ownership of marketing and content projects from conception to completion.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, seeking a six-month internship in Marketing & Content Creation.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) with excellent language and communication skills.
- Interest in marketing, social media, content creation, and brand building.
- Enjoy producing content and are comfortable on camera.
- A good sense for social media, aesthetics, storytelling, and current trends.
- Proactive and capable of driving initiatives independently.
- Willingness to experiment and learn from unsuccessful tests.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, paid ads, or email marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar content and editing tools is also a plus.
