About the Role
Farsight is building one of the most complex AI products in the market, including agentic workflows, streaming outputs, non-deterministic systems, LLM orchestration, and enterprise-grade accuracy requirements. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complete technical systems, informed by business needs and customer feedback, while upholding our standard of developing clean, efficient, and adaptable software. Your projects will range from long-term initiatives to bug fixes, all crucial to the company's success.

Requirements
- 2+ years of non-internship software engineering experience
- Production AI and LLM experience, including shipping LLM-powered features, understanding production model failures, and building reliable systems around non-deterministic outputs
- Experience with Python and cloud-based infrastructure like AWS
- Ability to reason about failure modes, edge cases, and scale before writing code
- Comfort making architectural decisions with incomplete information and adapting when incorrect
