About the Role

Lead the team that gets signage installed right, on-time, across ANZ. You'll lead the installation managers who run those projects and the contractor crews who deliver them on site — and own the numbers behind them.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation managers, including hiring, coaching, and setting high standards.
• Ensure all installations are delivered on time, within budget, and safely.
• Oversee the contractor network, focusing on sourcing, capacity, quality, and rates.
• Manage site readiness, client escalations, and critical decisions to maintain project momentum.
• Take ownership of the installation P&L, including margin, cost per install, and contractor utilization.
• Develop and implement the necessary structure, processes, and systems for a rapidly growing business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field installation, construction, or fit-out work, with direct on-site experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers, not just teams.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery through contractor and subcontractor networks.
• Solid understanding of codes, permits, and site safety regulations.
• Experience in scaling an installation operation while maintaining quality standards.
