About the Role

Support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment. Help participants identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals with a renewed sense of purpose. Provide creative solutions to employment challenges and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment
• Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose
• Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
• Form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• A MyGovID (Standard level)
• Willing to complete a National Police Check
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check
