About the Role
This role seeks a Product Builder, not a traditional Product Manager. The ideal candidate possesses strong product judgment, technical capability, customer empathy, and commercial thinking, with a hands-on approach to building products. This position offers high ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to shape modern product building in fintech.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives from idea to delivery, including problem framing, business case, solution design, execution, and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Base44, Figma Make) for rapid prototyping and accelerated delivery.
- Build or contribute to prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready improvements.
- Transform ambiguous problems into clear direction, user flows, and delivery artifacts.
- Balance customer needs, commercial priorities, technical complexity, and regulatory obligations.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders and build alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Strong technical capability, ideally front-end or full-stack.
- Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
- Comfort with APIs, product architecture, and data flows.
- Strong product judgment and ability to make sensible trade-offs.
- Ability to structure ambiguity, explore options, and drive delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical, hands-on mindset and fluency with AI tools.
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
