About the Role

We're looking for a social-first, copy-based creative who loves turning insights into engaging content, compelling campaigns and ideas that influence purchasing decisions. As a Junior Social Creative, you'll help create integrated creative ideas that live across social, shopper, retail, experiential and commerce channels. You'll be equally comfortable developing campaign concepts, crafting social content, writing compelling copy, and generating ideas that connect brands with consumers in meaningful ways. Working closely with a Junior Art Director, you'll form a creative partnership responsible for developing work from brief through to execution, contributing ideas that drive both engagement and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Create Social-First Ideas
  • Develop platform-native concepts designed for how people actually consume content.
  • Create social campaigns, content series and culturally relevant ideas across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms.
  • Write engaging copy, scripts, captions and content designed to drive action.
  • Stay ahead of trends, behaviours and new content formats.
  • Bring Creative Ideas to Life
  • Turn strategic insights into integrated campaign concepts.
  • Develop big ideas, campaign platforms and activation concepts from initial brief through to execution.
  • Participate in creative workshops, brainstorming sessions and idea development.
  • Present work confidently to both internal teams and clients.
  • Shape Commerce & Shopper Experiences
  • Create messaging that influences decisions across retail, eCommerce and omnichannel environments.
  • Develop concepts for retail media, in-store activations, shopper campaigns and conversion-focused communications.
  • Help brands show up meaningfully throughout the path to purchase.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines
  • Work closely with designers, strategists, client teams and production partners.
  • Contribute to a culture of creativity, curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Support and develop creative thinking within your creative partnership

Requirements

  • Around 1-3 years' experience in copywriting, social content, creative or integrated agency roles.
  • A portfolio showcasing social content, campaigns and creative thinking.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and concept development skills.
  • A genuine passion for social media, digital culture and emerging trends.
  • Experience working on retail, shopper marketing, commerce or consumer-focused brands.
  • The ability to turn insights into engaging, conversion-focused creative ideas.
  • Experience with creator or influencer campaigns.
  • Exposure to retail media or eCommerce content.
  • Experience in experiential, activation or integrated campaign work.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Curiosity about AI-powered creative tools and emerging workflows.
