About the Role

We are looking for someone to manage the ticket shop system and handle general participant support. You will also be responsible for briefing partners and speakers in coordination with project management. Additionally, you will manage event tools like the website, ticket shop, and event app, and create a project plan ensuring task management within your team.

Responsibilities

Manage the ticket shop system and general participant support.
Brief partners and speakers in coordination with project management.
Coordinate all event trades, including technology, direction, logistics, location, and catering, in collaboration with our event agency.
Shape the concept of the event's look and feel, develop ideas, and find suitable service providers with our event agency.
Manage event tools such as the website, ticket shop, and event app.
Create a project plan and ensure task management within your team.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in event management, preferably in planning and executing large-scale events.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations.
Ability to coordinate multiple event trades.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with partners, speakers, and various service providers.
Ability to convey instructions and information clearly and precisely.
Resourceful with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Understanding of The Pioneer's event identity and ability to suggest improvements.
Experience creating project plans and ensuring efficient and timely task completion within a team.
Highly motivated and ready to commit.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in a dynamic environment.
