About the Role
As an Accounts Officer in the Finance Team, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks supporting the wider business. You will initially focus on Accounts Receivable, processing debtor payments and resolving customer account queries, with opportunities to expand into other areas as you grow.
Responsibilities
- Assist with billing processes as required.
- Process new business and renewal contracts in LEAP’s billing system, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
- Process subscription amendments as required.
- Maintain Zuora processing documentation.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries specific to invoicing.
- Identify the cause and solution for various customer queries, working with other departments to resolve and reconcile incorrect details on client accounts.
- Assist with overdue collection of outstanding debt.
- Process receipts and ensure they are allocated to the correct debtor accounts in a timely manner.
- Work with your team to ensure shared inbox items are allocated correctly between Accounts Receivable and Collections.
- Assist with ad-hoc Accounts Payable tasks, managing expenses in our integrated systems, Lightyear and Expensify.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks, getting exposure to our reporting system, NetSuite.
