Responsibilities
- Creating and analyzing financial models
- Organizing and preparing client presentations
- Managing transaction processes
- Assisting in structuring transactions
- Performing customized company valuation analysis
- Coordinating teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers
- Leading due diligence processes
- Participating in legal negotiations
- Maintaining client communication and helping structure transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience
- Native Japanese language skills
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
- Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively across groups and regions
