About the Role
This role is an opportunity to shape the media story for a globally recognised brand and create career-defining work within Australia's leading media organisation. You will be the driving force turning media strategy into reality, managing end-to-end campaigns for the IKEA account.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaigns for the IKEA account.
- Execute media buys across screens (TV, VOD, YouTube).
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate OOH and Radio proposals.
- Work closely with clients and media partners to deliver campaigns.
- Make a direct impact on major retail events, including brand launches, Black Friday, and the End of Year Sale.
Requirements
- Solid experience in offline media.
- Confident grasp of TV buying.
- Passion for creating integrated campaigns.
- Natural collaborator and brilliant communicator.
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail.
