Responsibilities
- Create professional and personalized experiences for customers.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and driving sales targets.
- Coach and train team members to enhance selling skills.
- Lead by example to achieve personal targets and maximize store sales.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, safety, and visual merchandising.
- Support the Store Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising, leading, and empowering a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated ability in coaching and providing feedback for team member career development.
- Understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Interest, love, and passion for working with luxurious products and brands.
- Ability to collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire and lead team members.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Criminal History Check.
