About the Role

The Store Manager will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where AMAZING customer service is a priority, driving the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets. This role involves promoting strong leadership through effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management, and leading by example to ensure clear in-store executions of business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines. The focus is on improving the in-store experience through consistent expert service, developing strong product knowledge, managing stock levels, maintaining visual merchandising appeal, and ensuring health and safety.

Manage visual merchandising.
Ensure clear in-store execution of business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

Develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team.
Manage stock levels.
Maintain high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines.
Take ownership of health and safety in the store.
Assist Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters.
Manage stock and expense control.
Recruit, attract, nurture, retain, and develop talent.

Requirements

Be the leading ambassador of the brand, modeling You & All values.
Be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters including late night trade.
Have solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion).
Be a high achiever in delivery of performance and sales.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
Be passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
Be ambitious to accelerate career.
Be willing to take on the next challenge.
Possess a current Australian driver’s license.
Pass a satisfactory police check.
