Lead early evening walking tours through downtown San Francisco, sharing local culture, regional history, and wine facts while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead groups of guests on 90-minute wine tours through downtown tasting rooms, historic venues, and local drinking establishments.
- Deliver engaging historical and cultural narratives while sharing local wine history, tasting notes, and regional flavors.
- Coordinate with partner venues, wineries, and tasting room staff to ensure smooth group transitions and exceptional hospitality.
- Manage tour pacing, route safety, and group engagement to maintain an entertaining, inclusive experience.
- Provide high-quality customer service, answer guest questions, and offer local recommendations.
