Responsibilities

• Manage vendors, delivery partners, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and present solution designs, architecture artefacts, and recommendations to governance forums.
• Engage with Transport governance bodies, including Architecture Design Review Forum (ADRF) and Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).
• Support and contribute to internal assurance and compliance activities, including Cyber Security Assessments, Records Management Assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and other governance, risk, and compliance reviews.
• Design and integrate CRM solutions to support business processes and customer engagement.
• Design, implement, optimize, and migrate Oracle databases.
• Define and implement data architecture solutions, including data modelling, integration, governance, and analytics platforms.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, delivery partners, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs, architecture artefacts, and recommendations to governance forums.
• Ability to engage with Transport governance bodies, including Architecture Design Review Forum (ADRF), Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).
• Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and compliance activities.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Ability to design and integrate CRM solutions to support business processes and customer engagement.
• Strong experience in Oracle database design, implementation, optimisation, and migration.
• Knowledge of database modernisation and migration best practices.
• Experience defining and implementing data architecture solutions, including data modelling, integration, governance, and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of data management principles and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
