About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product vision and ensure successful product delivery that meets customer and business needs. Product work includes both 0-1 initiatives and scaling existing products. You will be responsible for writing product plans, understanding market trends and customer preferences, reporting on key performance indicators, and product strategy.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in customer-facing tech companies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering consumer products that have achieved market success.
- Ability to write consistent and clear documents and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other teams.
- Familiarity with KPIs relevant to the telecommunications industry, such as churn rate, NPS, and ARPU.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
