We are seeking an experienced IT professional with leadership qualities to guide and inspire their team, successfully drive projects, optimize processes, and actively promote employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead your team with a clear vision, motivate employees, and ensure their professional development.
- Plan resources, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Be responsible for the further development, operation, and optimization of our Salesforce and ERP systems.
- Manage IT projects from requirements analysis through implementation to go-live.
- Ensure the integration and interplay of our systems, working closely with specialist departments and international locations.
- Continuously develop working methods, processes, and workflows, staying at the forefront of technology.
- Clearly communicate company and divisional goals, link them to your team's tasks, and create transparency.
- Define standards and processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvements.
- Act as the interface between your team, divisional management, and other departments.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including comprehensive project experience in small, medium, and large development projects.
- Sound knowledge in project management as well as experience with Salesforce and ERP systems – in both further development and integration.
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and criticism resilience.
- High adaptability to new requirements and objectives.
- Strong teamwork skills, solution-oriented approach, and empathy.
