About the Role
This role supports the Impact & Engagement team, focusing on communication, fundraising, and member/volunteer management. You will develop and implement action ideas for the Landcrew, assist with donor relations, and create content for various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Support in the area of Impact & Engagement, covering communication, fundraising, and members and volunteers.
- Support our members and volunteers and develop and implement action ideas for the Landcrew.
- Participate in supporting and communicating with donors.
- Co-create and implement content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and the website.
- Participate in relevant team and project meetings and proactively contribute to ongoing topics.
Requirements
- Sociable, activist, and interested in working for a non-profit organization.
- Communicative and eager to support and motivate volunteers.
- Independent, reliable, and well-organized.
- Flexible and willing to work outside traditional hours with full-time and volunteer staff, including evening appointments and occasional weekend events.
- Ideally, experience in local association work, preferably in the areas of flight, migration, and/or human rights.
