About the Role

We are seeking a WEG-Buchhalter (m/f/d) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in independently managing a specific area and enjoying extensive contact with people.

Responsibilities

• Booking of service charge transactions including SEPA direct debits and carrying out the dunning process
• Payment of supplier invoices and financial disposals
• Preparation of economic plans, asset statements, and balance lists for owner associations
• Compilation and integration of heating cost statements as well as preparation of the annual total cost distribution
• Bookkeeping support for newly added properties

Requirements

• Successfully completed training in real estate or commercial fields
• Sound knowledge in (property) accounting
• High degree of accuracy and an independent way of working
• Very good German language skills
