About the Role
You will take responsibility for several locations in Berlin and Frankfurt, ensuring smooth daily operations with your team. You will focus on quality, efficiency, and team spirit. Your work location can be either Berlin or Frankfurt.
Responsibilities
- Leading employees at locations in Berlin and Frankfurt, including conducting personnel discussions, planning development steps, and imparting technical knowledge.
- Ensuring smooth branch operations in compliance with internal guidelines and legal frameworks.
- Managing and developing team structures, strengthening collaboration and exchange within the team.
- Implementing measures to improve quality, service, and productivity in close coordination with Process & Quality.
- Analyzing key figures and deriving and implementing appropriate measures.
- Creating reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
- Ensuring efficient collaboration with our Shared Service Centers.
- Identifying optimization potential and actively driving process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading teams, ideally across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Berlin and Frankfurt.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and service quality.
- Proficient in using key figures and a good sense for interrelationships.
- Clear, binding communication and enjoyment in developing teams.
- Structured way of working and decisiveness.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
