About the Role
Walmart is expanding its workforce and actively recruiting a Manager for Operations Improvement. This role will oversee multiple projects by defining scope and objectives, leading a team, and overseeing many stores.
Responsibilities
- Assembling management plans
- Tracking changes to plans and ensuring resolution of critical issues
- Managing the governance of project plans
- Monitoring budgets and costs for projects
- Delivering presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
- EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
