About the Role
Join Prouds as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant during the festive season. This role offers flexible shifts and the potential for a long-term career within Australia's largest jewellery retailer, with many past casuals securing ongoing positions.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the perfect jewellery or watch while delivering exceptional, personalised customer service.
- Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
- Maintain beautiful product displays, replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
- Work alongside an experienced team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check prior to receiving an offer of employment.

Salary/Compensations
- $34.89 base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) plus applicable penalty rates for weekends and late nights.
