About the Role
This festive season, join The Diamond and Watch Specialist as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant. With over 130 years of heritage, Angus & Coote has built a reputation for exceptional quality, value and service. This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 17th January 2027, offering flexible shifts throughout the festive season. Every year, many of our Christmas Casual Team Members secure ongoing Casual, Part Time- and Full-Time positions.
Responsibilities
- Help customers select beautiful jewellery and watches while delivering warm, personalised customer service.
- Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
- Maintain elegant product displays, replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
- Work alongside an experienced team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.
Requirements
- Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Are friendly, polished, reliable and eager to learn.
- Enjoy achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Take pride in maintaining high presentation standards.
- Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check for the State or Territory in which they reside prior to receiving an offer of employment.

Salary/Compensations
- Base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $34.89, plus applicable penalty rates for weekends and late nights.
