About the Role
This senior individual contributor role focuses on financial analytics and business decision-making, involving sophisticated business case modeling, cost allocation, unit economics, and profitability calculations to guide strategic planning and forecasting across luxury hospitality, travel, technology, and support services.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s integrated financial model for strategic initiatives, including driver-based planning, forecasts, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain cost to serve / unit economics models across business lines, aligning assumptions with business and finance leaders.
- Produce cost benchmarking for customer segment profitability insights and market entry strategies.
- Translate strategic initiatives into quantified financial impacts with clear assumptions.
- Apply financial rigor to decision-making to enhance customer segment profitability.
- Prepare financial summaries and insights for business reviews and executive strategy materials.
- Support cross-functional initiatives, including business case modeling, M&A, and ad hoc analyses.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Analyst or Associate roles within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Development, Financial Planning and Analytics, Corporate Finance, or Business Analytics.
- Experience independently leading modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting efforts.
- Extensive Excel familiarity and expertise.
- Strong track record of leading complex analytical and strategic workstreams end-to-end.
- Strong commercial instincts for financial modeling, performance tracking, and evaluating new businesses.
- Experience conducting cost to serve analyses and detailed financial analytics across intersecting business lines and customer segments.
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude) and data platforms for efficiency and insights.
- Comfort operating across diverse business areas: luxury hospitality, travel, member-based organizations, and technology.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership on financial and strategic questions.
