Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with nephrological conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care
Perform necessary diagnostic procedures and interpret results
Educate patients and families on kidney health and management
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Participate in continuing education and stay updated on advancements in nephrology
Support quality improvement initiatives within the practice
Acute and chronic HD, acute and chronic PD, CRRT, and kidney transplants

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Current board certification in Nephrology
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in nephrology
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in managing kidney diseases
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and education
Valid medical license to practice in the state of Minnesota
Must be board-certified
