Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with nephrological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care
- Perform necessary diagnostic procedures and interpret results
- Educate patients and families on kidney health and management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in continuing education and stay updated on advancements in nephrology
- Support quality improvement initiatives within the practice
- Acute and chronic HD, acute and chronic PD, CRRT, and kidney transplants
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current board certification in Nephrology
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in nephrology
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in managing kidney diseases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Minnesota
- Must be board-certified
