Lead breakfast service with precision and personality, ensuring every guest starts their day with a smile. Support the team, bring energy, expertise, and excellence to every shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise breakfast operations, buffet and à la carte service
- Transition into bar or lunch service as needed
- Support staff on the floor, solve problems, and elevate guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service
- Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage knowledge
- Monitor stock, control costs, and ensure accurate billing
- Uphold RSA and licensing guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in buffet, à la carte and breakfast service
- Flexible availability and a team-first mindset
- Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- RSA certification and a commitment to responsible service
