Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to define objectives, align stakeholders, remove barriers, and drive execution.
Bring clarity and structure to complex, evolving initiatives and rapidly changing business needs.
Build strong working relationships across departments, fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership of results.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, developing practical solutions that keep initiatives moving forward.
Drive progress through influence, communication, and stakeholder engagement rather than direct authority.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus, organization, and execution discipline.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and governance practices that support successful delivery.
Monitor performance, communicate project health, and provide executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision support.
Champion change management efforts that help teams successfully adopt new processes, capabilities, and ways of working.
