Responsibilities

  • Support marketing with campaign planning, execution, and follow-up, actively contributing to communication measure development.
  • Create and maintain content for the website, LinkedIn, and other communication channels, ensuring clear, professional, and target-group-oriented presentation.
  • Assist in creating presentations, brochures, graphics, and other marketing materials, adhering to corporate design standards.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of trade fairs, events, and sales-related communication formats.
  • Analyze marketing KPIs, prepare results clearly, and support data-driven development of activities.
  • Support sales in creating revenue calculations and economic feasibility studies for battery storage projects.
  • Prepare customer data, project information, and offer/presentation documents in a structured manner for sales, partners, and management.
  • Reliably maintain CRM and customer data, ensuring clean documentation and usability for the team.
  • Gain comprehensive insights into marketing and sales of an innovative energy company, from website texts and LinkedIn posts to campaigns and sales projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Energy Management, or a comparable field.
  • Interest in renewable energies, battery storage, energy trading, and economically viable solutions for the energy transition.
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work approach with a focus on clear and impactful presentation of topics.
  • Very good German and good English language skills, with the ability to formulate content clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the audience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience in creating marketing content, presentations, or social media posts is advantageous.
  • A good sense for design, visual communication, and polished documents is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for the hands-on mentality of a young start-up, combined with appreciation for being part of an established corporate group.
