About the Role
Harvey's Integrated Campaigns Lead will build the function responsible for setting global integrated campaign strategy, defining priority audiences, sharpening positioning, and designing coordinated programs to build awareness, deepen engagement, and drive growth. This strategic player-coach role will establish the campaign operating model, prove what works, and build the team and capabilities to scale it globally, with meaningful influence across the company.
Responsibilities
- Set Harvey's global integrated campaign strategy, defining audiences, segments, narratives, and campaign architecture.
- Develop messaging rooted in research, customer insight, competitive intelligence, and use cases.
- Translate company priorities into market-facing programs in partnership with Product, Sales, and business leaders.
- Orchestrate digital, social, communications, analyst relations, alliances, events, and field marketing into cohesive global campaigns.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, attribution signals, and operating cadence to connect campaign investment to outcomes.
- Design the campaigns function, hire exceptional marketers, and develop them into strategic owners.
- Establish standards for campaign thinking, from insight and message to execution and measurement.
- Apply AI across campaign workflows, including audience research, creative development, experimentation, personalization, localization, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant ownership of integrated campaigns, demand generation, or go-to-market programs within enterprise software or high-growth SaaS.
- Proven ability to build and scale teams, programs, or operating models.
- Experience building and leading exceptional teams, including hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing marketers.
- Strong commercial instincts with experience owning multi-million-dollar investments and connecting marketing decisions to audience impact, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
- Exceptional positioning and messaging judgment, with the ability to translate research and insight into differentiated points of view.
- Exceptional cross-functional influence, orchestrating various marketing channels as a cohesive system.
- Hands-on fluency with AI in campaign workflows and informed opinions on its application.
- Player-coach operating style, comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.
- Comfort with ambition and ambiguity, creating clarity and building sophisticated systems.
