About the Role
Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making. You will partner with business leaders to define and operationalize KPIs, uncover insights, develop reporting frameworks, and translate data into business value, ultimately impacting strategic and operational decisions and improving business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions by translating business needs into analytical tools and metrics.
- Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models for self-service access.
- Use AI tools to accelerate workflow in querying, modeling, and synthesizing findings, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Validate AI-assisted work and build scalable, reusable processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth tech startup.
- Ability to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses and recommend solutions.
- Balance analysis with decisive execution to avoid "analysis paralysis."
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool.
- Ability to dive deep to understand the full scope of data, including edge cases.
- AI tools are part of your daily workflow.
- Adept at translating complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable presenting to executives, business leaders, engineers, PMs, and peers.
- Expert at crafting compelling data stories through visualizations.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and pivot as new priorities emerge.
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines efficiently.
