About the Role

This pivotal, hands-on role supports the Head of TDD Transformation Enablement, providing Agile coaching and leadership for organizational change to embed Agile ways of working across strategic transformation initiatives within Technology, Data & Delivery (TDD). The role focuses on capability uplift, framework design, and cultural transformation to ensure Agile principles, practices, and mindsets are adopted and sustained.

Responsibilities

Conduct Agile maturity and readiness assessments to identify gaps and establish governance structures.
Coach teams, individuals, and leaders to deepen Agile understanding and embed sustainable practices.
Guide the adoption of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and escalate systemic impediments.
Design, develop, and iterate Agile transformation playbooks.
Map and engage diverse stakeholders to build confidence and momentum for transformation.
Design and deliver coaching programs, workshops, and learning experiences to build internal Agile capability.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Agile coaching and organizational transformation within complex, large-scale, and matrixed environments.
Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end Agile transformation strategies and custom playbooks for large-scale programs.
Capable of coaching at team, program, and portfolio levels across multiple frameworks.
Ability to translate technological changes into practical adoption plans.
Exceptional communicator skilled at simplifying complexity and influencing senior leaders.
Operates with a structured yet adaptable approach in ambiguous environments.
Builds trust quickly with diverse stakeholder groups through empathy and influence.
