About the Role

This pivotal, hands-on role supports the Head of TDD Transformation Enablement, providing Agile coaching and leadership for organizational change to embed Agile ways of working across strategic transformation initiatives within Technology, Data & Delivery (TDD). The role focuses on capability uplift, framework design, and cultural transformation to ensure Agile principles, practices, and mindsets are adopted and sustained.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Agile maturity and readiness assessments to identify gaps and establish governance structures.
  • Coach teams, individuals, and leaders to deepen Agile understanding and embed sustainable practices.
  • Guide the adoption of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and escalate systemic impediments.
  • Design, develop, and iterate Agile transformation playbooks.
  • Map and engage diverse stakeholders to build confidence and momentum for transformation.
  • Design and deliver coaching programs, workshops, and learning experiences to build internal Agile capability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching and organizational transformation within complex, large-scale, and matrixed environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end Agile transformation strategies and custom playbooks for large-scale programs.
  • Capable of coaching at team, program, and portfolio levels across multiple frameworks.
  • Ability to translate technological changes into practical adoption plans.
  • Exceptional communicator skilled at simplifying complexity and influencing senior leaders.
  • Operates with a structured yet adaptable approach in ambiguous environments.
  • Builds trust quickly with diverse stakeholder groups through empathy and influence.
