About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will help reimagine how fans discover, book, and engage with live entertainment. You will bring deep UX/UI and product-design expertise to the Event Management & Core Ticketing, and Commerce & Experience portfolios, working in cross-functional squads across web, app, and marketing to design intuitive, accessible, and commercially effective experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX and product design, from discovery through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design that solves real problems and aligns with commercial goals.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional squads to deliver joined-up fan experiences, while briefing and reviewing the work of external UX agency partners.
  • Build and govern our design system to keep design consistent, scalable, and reusable.
  • Balance commercial outcomes (conversion, revenue uplift, digital adoption) with fan outcomes (ease, satisfaction, delight) to grow engagement and lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management role or similar, with a strong track record of shipping successful digital products.
  • Proven product craft in translating high-level strategy and vision into tangible, measurable product roadmaps and delivered customer value.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team, leveraging the strengths of each role (e.g. Delivery Lead, Business Analyst, Designer, Engineers, QA).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.

  • A data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to inform decisions.
