About the Role

Candidate must have excellent customer communication experience in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Install office furniture and fixtures efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Unpack, assemble, and install office furniture including desks, cubicles, cabinets, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret schematics and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup.
- Use construction estimating skills to plan efficient installation sequences and manage time effectively.
- Conduct heavy lifting safely to move large or bulky items without damage or injury.
- Ensure all installations adhere to safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to coordinate schedules and address any on-site challenges promptly.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of packaging materials responsibly.
Requirements
- Familiarity with schematics interpretation.
- Proficiency with hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws).
- Experience working safely on construction sites with heavy lifting requirements.
- Excellent craftsmanship in fabrication, fixture installation, and woodworking skills.
- Valid CA driver license and clean driving history.
- Field verification experience.
