About the Role
As a Manager of Brand Insights in Toronto, CA, you will lead the development of consumer learning plans for the total Molson Coors Canadian portfolio. You will champion brands with human-led insights and consult brand teams on key marketing plans and initiatives to drive value and sales. This position reports to the Director of Brand Insights and collaborates with marketing leadership to deliver solutions for profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Set the consumer learning agenda for brand teams, including brand foundations & positioning, creative development, messaging, consumer profiling and segmentation.
- Plan, design and conduct various consumer research studies, including vendor sourcing and evaluating cost/benefit tradeoffs.
- Lead internal cross-functional collaboration to execute research and generate insights.
- Drive consistent approaches to consumer research across all elements of brand development.
- Lead new methodologies and approaches to maximize research value and stay updated on new consumer learning techniques.
- Prioritize key business questions and manage risk using a toolkit of research approaches.
- Balance rigor and speed to develop a learning agenda that leads to the best propositions.
- Ensure strong and relevant brands are built with a consumer-first mindset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into business strategies and actions.
- Develop robust deliverables highlighting key consumer behavior and trends.
- Integrate multiple data sources (e.g., Brand Health tracking, IRI/Nielsen Panel, Ipsos) and conduct custom quantitative and qualitative research.
- Deliver impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences, translating complex data into actionable narratives.
- Lead and manage 2 direct reports to achieve business targets and develop talent.
- Drive strong performance management, coaching, and a positive people culture within the team.

- 5+ years of insights experience.

- Prior experience in CPG Consumer Insights and Brand Insights.

- $116,900.00 - $153,400.00
- 15% target short term incentive
