About the Role
Box is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support Release Management within the GTM PMO organization. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to drive go-to-market activities and ensure on-time product launches. The ideal candidate is passionate about how technology changes work, enjoys fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and excels at building cross-functional relationships and communicating complex information.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end release management process, from product release to production to GTM activity planning for successful marketing launches.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (product management, go-to-market teams, product operations, product marketing) to understand and drive delivery of essential launch tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate with operational teams (legal, technical accounting, go-to-market ops) to identify and resolve complex, cross-functional operational issues.
- Facilitate discussions and drive consensus on complex, ambiguous problems with diverse viewpoints.
- Partner with product marketing to develop and execute quarterly marketing plans, launch tiering, and key product launches.
- Collaborate with product management to drive product release activities for successful production deployment.
- Create and maintain a single source of truth for product release timing, status, and details for cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program and project management experience.
- Experience working with Google Sheets or related project management tools.
- Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and respond to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact.
- Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs.
