About the Role

As a Campos Coffee Roaster, you will ensure coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule, delivering consistent flavors and satisfying customer demands. This role is based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, where beans are roasted daily.

Responsibilities

• Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time.
• Minimize wastage.
• Follow Safety and Quality protocols.
• Learn about coffees (origins, roast profiles, tastes) from coffee experts and join regular cupping sessions.

Requirements

• Detail oriented.
• Ability to focus well and avoid distractions during work.
• Open to doing repetitive work.
• Excited to learn how to roast the Campos way.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willing and physically fit enough to lift to 24 kg.
• Valid AU working rights with unlimited working rights.
